LMJ is a full-service construction management firm specializing in managing the entire infrastructure and building construction process from concept, design, project financing, procurement and construction through closeout and client occupancy. Founded in 2006, Limojade Management provides project management services to the public and private sectors for building, tenant improvement and civil/ infrastructure projects. We are located in One Stop Plaza along Lang’ata Road which provides easy access to all our partners.

Our functions include planning to align the project with set objectives, project scheduling to ensure timely completion, cost management for financial viability, risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholder engagement to foster effective communication and collaboration, quality management, claims and dispute management, procurement and contracts management, statutory and regulatory compliance management, amongst others.
