Jimmy Kamotho
Jimmy (James) Kamotho is the founder and proprietor of LMJ Consultancy Ltd. He has practiced as a Construction Project Manager for the last 20 years and also have experience as a Developer as well as a Contractor. The experience gained while wearing the different hats has given him a good understanding and broad perspective of Development Projects. His Business School background brings along knowledge in areas like Finance, Research, Marketing, Branding, amongst others which add value in the delivery of Projects. As an accredited and certified Mediator, he seeks to resolve disputes and conflicts internally to avoid escalation. His FIDIC training has given him an in-depth understanding of the FIDIC Builders Contract.

Peter is a Construction Project Manager with a degree in Construction Management from University of Nairobi. He has over 10 years working experience built across commercial and residential buildings. He has held different positions in the industry ranging from Construction Project Manager, Project Management Analyst and Quality Control/ Assurance analyst. He has wide experience in project planning, quality control and project management.

Lydia Wanjiru Mwai
Lydia is a Construction Project Manager with a degree in Construction Management and Ongoing Masters in Construction Project Management from JKUAT. She has over 10 years’ work experience built across commercial and residential buildings. She has held different positions ranging from Site Agent, Clerk of Works and Construction Project Manager. She has deep understanding of project planning and management and successfully overseen execution of many projects from inception to completion.

Vincent Mwai Kabachia
Vincent is a registered graduate engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Nairobi and a post graduate diploma in project management. He is an experienced Construction Manager with 9 years’ work experience. He has held different positions in his career, including construction project manager and site agent. He has extensive knowledge in health and safety, fire safety, project planning and implementation, contract management and quality control.

He has held different positions in his profession ranging from Clerk of Works and Site Engineer. His expertise range from structural designing, occupational health and safety, quality assurance and overall construction management.

He has a working experience of 7years and has held different positions in his career. These include Quantity Surveying, Clerk of Works and Construction Manager. He is skillful and knowledgeable in cost planning and control, contract administration and procurement processes.
