Construction Project Management
As Construction Project Managers, our roles encompass a myriad of responsibilities tailored to deliver comprehensive project success. Our functions include planning to align the project with set objectives, project scheduling to ensure timely completion, cost management for financial viability, risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholder engagement to foster effective communication and collaboration, quality management, claims and dispute management, procurement and contracts management, statutory and regulatory compliance management, amongst others.
Our team is dedicated to ensure proper management in the design, planning, construction and handover stages of the project. In most instances, we also undertake Construction Management with permanent representation on site to oversee, supervise and co-ordinate construction activities.
